Terms & Conditions

The short version

Buy from us and this is the agreement. You get a year to change your mind, subscriptions cancel in one click before the next charge, and nothing we sell is medicine. If something goes wrong, email care@wholesomewellness.com before anything else — we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Who you’re buying from

This site is operated by Wholesome Wellness, 6804 NE 79th Court, Portland, Oregon 97218, USA. When you place an order you are entering into an agreement with Wholesome Wellness, and these terms are that agreement.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The agreement is made when we send your order confirmation email. Until then we can decline an order — if something is out of stock, if the address looks wrong, or if we think the order is fraudulent. If we decline after you’ve paid, you get all of it back.

All prices are in US dollars and include no tax unless shown at checkout. We show the price you will be charged before you confirm.

We try to keep the site accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before charging you rather than silently cancel or silently charge.

Subscribe & Save

This matters, so it is in plain words:

• Your first shipment is paid for at checkout, the same as a one-time order.
• After that you are charged every 30 days per bottle in your pack — a single bottle renews every 30 days, a three-pack every 90, a six-pack every 180.
• The price is the discounted subscription price, shown before you confirm and repeated in your confirmation email.
• Shipping is free on every subscription order.
• You can pause, skip or cancel at any time, from your account or by emailing care@wholesomewellness.com. Cancelling always takes effect before the next charge.

Discount codes

• One code per customer, on your first order.
• Codes don’t stack. If a code and a Subscribe & Save discount both apply, you get whichever is worth more — never both, and never less than the better of the two.
• Codes have no cash value and can’t be applied to an order you’ve already placed.
• We can withdraw a code at any time, but not one you’ve already used.

Shipping and risk

Where we ship and how long it takes is in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery — if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, that is ours to sort out, not yours. Tell us and we will replace it.

Our guarantee

365 days from the day your order ships, on everything, opened or not. Full terms in the Return & Refund Policy. That guarantee sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them.

These are supplements, not medicine

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site — product pages, the quiz, the journal, our emails or anything a customer has written in a review — is medical advice, and none of it is a substitute for talking to a doctor. Customer reviews describe one person’s experience and are not a promise of what you will experience.

Talk to a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, and particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication, or being treated for a medical condition. Check the ingredients if you have allergies — several of our products contain fish, shellfish or egg, and each product lists its allergens on its page and on the label.

The quiz

The quiz suggests products based on what you tell us. It is not a diagnosis, it is not an assessment of your health, and it does not know anything about you beyond your answers.

Your account and your conduct

Keep your account details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Don’t use this site to break the law, don’t try to break into it, and don’t scrape it. We can close an account that does.

Reviews you write

If you send us a review or a photo, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to show it on this site and in our marketing. Only send us words and pictures that are yours to give, and only describe your own experience.

Our content

The text, photography, design and code on this site belong to Wholesome Wellness. You’re welcome to read it, share a link to it and quote it with attribution. You can’t copy it wholesale to sell something of your own.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell, and the guarantee above is the main way we do that. Beyond it, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

If something goes wrong

Email care@wholesomewellness.com first. Most things are a misunderstanding and take one reply to fix.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, and any dispute that can’t be resolved between us goes to the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
